Cookies and tracking technologies: We use essential cookies required to operate the site and, where applicable, analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some features of the site may not function properly if you do. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

  • Google Firebase — client portal authentication, project data storage, and file storage
  • Stripe — payment processing. We do not store your full card number or CVV; Stripe handles all payment card data under PCI DSS compliance
  • Formspree — contact form submissions

We may also share your information with independent licensed engineers or other professionals engaged specifically for your project, and only to the extent necessary to complete that work.

4. Data Retention

We retain client project files and account records for a minimum of five (5) years following project completion to meet professional and legal obligations. General inquiries and contact form submissions are retained for up to two (2) years. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Your Rights below); however, we may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as billing disputes.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email

Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
