Our plans are designed to give your contractor all the necessary information to bid your project and answer their questions before they even ask.

Below is an example set of drawings that you’ll receive at the end of this journey. Depending on your location your plans may include additional details and cross sections.

CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS

Includes table of contents, disclaimers, code analysis, front elevation, vicinity map, legal address, square footages and general calculations.
Includes wall layout, doors and windows, all necessary dimensions, ceiling heights, flooring and all other general notes.
Includes all wall and cabinet elevations as necessary to convey your project to your contractor. Will include width, height and depth measurements of every cabinet.
3D Line Perspectives help add depth and meaning to the design. It helps everyone involved visualize the project and work through any pitfalls prior to construction starting.
Includes all lights, light switches, and outlets. Will include general notes and requirements for moving electrical for the new design. See disclaimer
Includes all necessary details and cross sections to accurately convey the project.

DETAILED ESTIMATE

Detailed estimated showing what you can expect to pay for your project. We use typical Remodeling Contractor Mark-ups.
Don't let a contractor give you a basic contract to sign. Use our all inclusive Remodeling Agreement to make sure they don't leave anything out.
