  1. Refund Request: All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a full refund.

  2. Refunds After 3 Days: For refund requests submitted after 3 days from the purchase date, refunds will be issued less any charges for the time spent on the project. Time is calculated at a rate of $50 per man-hour. Documentation of time spent will be provided upon request.

  3. Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, depending on the payment method used and the processing times required by third-party vendors. We will make every effort to process your refund as quickly as possible.

  4. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items or services may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase, and no exceptions will be made.
